After ten years of hard work, sore muscles, and unwavering discipline, the black belt was tied around the waist. It wasn’t the end, but the beginning of a new journey where perseverance finally met honour. 

The Can-Am International Martial Arts Championship

The Can-Am International Martial Arts Championship is recognized as a national tournament in Canada, attracting participants from across the country and beyond, with endorsements from notable figures like Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Premier of British Columbia.

Athletic Achievements

In May 2024, Jonathan earned a bronze medal in Taekwondo sparring at the Can-Am international Martials Arts Championship, held at the Richmond Olympic Oval - an international tournament featuring competitors from across North America.
